TracyI joined bootcamp for the first time, about 8 years ago, it only took a few weeks to show me that once the bug and passion had bitten,that I’m a bootcamper with all my soul.

I love running, swimming and cycling (and was recently inspired by Way to Wellness to take on and enjoy my first endurance triathlon,coming first in my age group!). Bootcamp has helped me to gain strength, balance and ability through all the varied sessions and mixed training.

Encouraging my group members, to set and meet their goals, helps me too realise the important role that personal health goals and fitness plays in my life. I love to share  my passion  and to motivate others.
