I love running and have been taking part in road races for the past 14 years. I have set and reached many of my running goals over the years but there were those races where I was often so close but just short of reaching those goals. That was until I joined Way to Wellness Boot Camp sessions!!!
The more sessions I did a week, the more my times improved and I reached my ultimate goal on my final ‘Two Oceans Ultra’ to end off my long distance running career on an amazing high. I now prefer to run shorter distances and have recently found a passion for trail running.
The sense of achievement I get from doing Boot Camp keeps my spirits lifted and my body in a healthy and strong condition throughout the year.
I love to motivate my Bootcamp groups to give them the same sense of achievement and encourage them to achieve their individual goals.
