Gill is an absolute legend. She is a lady whom you can trust with your fitness and weight issues, she also ‘walks the talk’. There are many factors that contribute to the magic of Bootcamp, Gill being the driving force – she motivates, encourages, challenges and pushes each of us, knowing our personal limitations and boundaries. I preferred the conservative work-out in a gym with a personal trainer, that is, until recently trying out a Boot Camp session. It’s become the ‘gym workout’ that I don’t want to miss. With Gill’s Boot Camp, you never know what’s coming. Every session is different and, believe it or not, fun! It’s the first time that I’ve made time for gym. At Gill’s Boot Camp, you’re encouraged to push yourself but at the same time, work at your own pace. And the results speak for themselves.
Every day is different and each session focuses on different areas. It’s outdoors in the fresh air and the cardio aspect is tough but great!
What I like about Bootcamp is being outdoors, training with great people, balance it gives to my running. And not having to think about what I should do – someone else planning my workout and motivating me to achieve it.
