Winners Spring Challenge 2014

The Spring Challenge is over for another year, but we had some amazing winners. The bootcamp teams worked so hard competing against each other for the prize winning positions. Points were gained by attending bootcamp; through park runs & extra gym sessions as well as group and 5 minute challenges that Gill set throughout the months. Challenges are not only about the exercise but also following the elimination diet so that all can feel as fit and healthy as possible.

The ‘Night of the Oscars’ year end party was where we celebrated our amazing winners, and everyone’s hard work.

The Spring Challenge Winners of 2014 were:

Most improved fitness test – Fernbrook’s Team Dylan
Highest workout points – Saints (Bryanston’s) Team Lynette
Winner of the most 5 minute exercise challenge’s – Saints (Bryanston’s) Team Lynette

Biggest loser (weight & cm’s) was Saints Lindiwe – she looks so amazing

3rd place – Saints Team Rene
2nd place – Saints Team Lynette

and our overall winners for the final challenge of the year was Fernbrook’s very own Team Dylan. A HUGE well done to you all!

None of this is possible, without our amazing trainers – Gill; Mart-Mari; Tash; Lynette and Kay – THANK YOU for everything that you do to keep us focused on reaching our ultimate health and fitness goals. They set such a high standard and keep the Way to Wellness Banner held so high. Thank you so so so much ……….
