Have you booked your first spring run/ marathon or other race?

Not sure how to handle the mass start, get ahead of the pack, sprint to the finish?

Why not join me in a running clinic to understand your running style and learn techniques to ensure that you can achieve that personal best? I’m an experienced 21 km, marathon and ultra marathon runner, so can help you in all aspects of race planning and preparation.

This winter I’ll be holding running clinics. The clinics will be held over 3 Saturdays – 2 clinic sessions and one park run to test out your new techniques.¬†Interested? Please call me to book . Clinics need a minimum of 10 people to run, so bring your friends too.
